The following goals are guiding the integration process:
- Preserve the only four year Predominantly Black Institution of higher learning in New Jersey and its distinct culture and heritage that is valued by the ÇàÇà²Ýapp, faculty, staff and community.
- Create clear pathways for current, admitted and prospective ÇàÇà²Ýapp to graduate without any disruption to their studies or additional financial cost.
- Design a new Bloomfield College of ÇàÇà²Ýapp State University with input from all stakeholders that honors its commitment to educational access and serves as a hub for innovation and academic excellence.
- Provide financial and operational support and stability during the transition period and position Bloomfield College of ÇàÇà²Ýapp State University for strategic success.
