Important Due Dates
Your proof of immunization can be found in your own personal immunization record, your health care provider’s office, your high school and any previous colleges attended.
Submission deadlines for standard immunization records:
First Semester at ÇàÇà²Ýapp State |

Spring | December 1 (prior to the spring semester) |
Summer | April 15 (prior to the summer semester) |
Fall | May 22 (prior to fall semester) |
Important Notice: Non-Compliance of Immunization Submission
All new and transfer ÇàÇà²Ýapp are subject to health requirements as a prerequisite to attending classes at ÇàÇà²Ýapp State University and entering University housing (if applicable). These requirements are mandated by New Jersey Higher Education Immunization laws and the University. Immunization requirements and deadlines for new ÇàÇà²Ýapp to submit their information are published on the Student Health Center website (See Above Submission Deadline Information).
Consequences for Failure to Meet Submission Requirements
New and transfer ÇàÇà²Ýapp
Students who do not meet the deadline will experience the following consequences:
- You will not be permitted to move into your Residence Hall (if applicable).
- Course de-registration (your enrollment will be canceled).
